As a bird

"Anything that one wants to do really and one loves doing, one must do every day. It should be as easy to the artist and as natural as flying is to a bird. And you can't imagine a bird saying, 'Well, I’m tired today. I’m not going to fly."

A beauttiful legend

I prefer to start this subject with a beautiful legend!

This legend recounts Orpheus was given a lyre by Apollo…
By playing his musical instrument, he (Orpheus) produced harmonies that joined all of natural together in joy and relax.

Perhaps this legend is the first caused to research in music technology, and as we know the first researchers in this field was Pythagoras; Pythagoras did simple experiments as pulling a string, rolling stone on slope… and then tries to describe them with mathematics; so he was the first scientist in physical experiments in the world, who was from Samos.

Pythagoras discovered that by playing a string of different lengths, we have a periodic rule of natural vibrations, which can divide to seven motifs as a rainbow, and caused to make musical scale composed of seven notes.

Do you know, what is similarity between a musical scale and rainbow?
Can you extend this rule for another thing in nature?
